Allure in Eagle Bay is the perfect beachside location to enjoy a trip away with your family or friends. Opposite a park/playground, and just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of the ocean, you will have plenty of activities to keep you occupied. Allure is a modern open home with ample natural lighting that is part of a luxury triplex development. The stylish simplicity of the design ensures you will feel relaxed and at ease as soon as you arrive.

The hub of the house is the open plan living/dining upstairs area that has everything you could need and more. The kitchen is full of modern appliances with all you need for your time away from home, the open nature of the kitchen ensures that whomever is cooking can still be a part of all that’s going on around them. The fire place separates the dining and living area adding a homey feeling that is perfect for the upcoming cooler months. Summer entertaining is taken care of with the large balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have a platter and a vino whilst breathing in the fresh air and relaxing.

Allure has three large bedrooms that all have built in closets, the master bedroom (king bed) and ensuite is upstairs whilst the other two bedrooms (and shared bathroom) are downstairs. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed whilst the third bedroom has two singles that can be pushed together if so desired, they also have trundles underneath that can be made up upon request.

Downstairs you will also find a second media room and kitchenette with glass sliding doors that open up into the front courtyard. All guests’ desires are catered for with wi-fi, heated towel rails, a powder room upstairs, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, an outdoor shower (hot and cold) and a double lock up garage.

Eagle Bay is one of the most pristine, exclusive locations along the cape with 1.3km of beach that is sure to take your breath away. There is a walking track called the ‘Cape to Cape’ that runs along the front of the beach- follow it to the left and you will go past Rocky Point (a great spot to catch waves over the winter period, only 5-10 minute walk) and through to Bunker Bay where you can enjoy a coffee at the beachside café. If you choose to go right you will get to explore all the small coves and will come across Point Picquet, Meelup and Castle Rock. Depending on how long you intend to walk for you can follow the track all the way to the towns center. Eagle bay is close to Dunsborough town and the Margaret River wine region which can be accessed via a short drive.

Minimum stay requirements are as follows:

Christmas/New Year - 7 Nights.Easter long weekend - 4 Nights.Long weekends - 3 Nights.Midweek and weekends - 2 Nights.

Other costs are as follows:

Cleaning and linen surcharge of $300.00 applies to all bookings. Non refundable booking fee of $66.00.Refundable bond of $1000.00.

Allure in Eagle Bay

Bedding configuration - Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two singles that are able to be pushed together to make a queen if so desired.

Cots and highchairs are available upon request and for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Full payment including refundable bond of $1,000 is required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking.

If the booking is made within 8 weeks then full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited.

As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 is payable on all holiday properties.

This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean / property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as you found the property on your arrival. This requires that the barbecue is to be clean dishwasher loaded and cycle commenced (cleaners will empty). Fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be returned to original positioned as arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. Please be aware that for all stays a cleaning and linen surcharge of $300 will apply. A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. This amount is non refundable.

Choose from - Eagle Bay Brewery, Wise Wineries and Lot 80… or enjoy them all at separate times! All three have amazing views, and tastings for those who want to delve into the flavors of the Southwest. If you intend on exploring further you are close to both Dunsborough town and the Margaret River wine region which can be accessed via a short drive.
