Green Park

This beautiful home sits perfectly in its leafy surroundings giving you the ultimate place to unwind from every day life, walk through the arched doorway and feel relaxed immediately.

The space: With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is the perfect space for a family or group of friends to take a break. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite including a large bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are queen beds and bedrooms 4 and 5 can either be set up as a king or 2 king singles. Each room has been kept simple yet modern and stylish which is a theme carried throughout the entirety of the house.

The living area is open plan with high ceilings and a gorgeous fire place, perfect to sit by and enjoy a local red. The kitchen has been stocked with all the essentials and has a large island so people can keep the chef company. Perks include a coffee pod machine, soda stream, rice cooker and wine fridge to stock your new Southwest purchases.

For entertainment there are 2 televisions (one in living area which is a Smart TV and the other in the media room), there is wifi available and a variety of games left to choose from. For outdoor activities, there is ample outdoor space and table tennis has been set up to provide hours of fun. There are small vegetable patches, so feel free to add some herbs to take your meal to the next level.

The house has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout for optimum comfort in any season.

Our favorite place to sit is outdoors on the gorgeous deck and take in the amazing vista. When the golden afternoon light shines through, it will take your breath away. There is a bbq available and a designated fire place that can be used during the winter months.

We love Green Park because although town is a mere 5 minutes away and the beaches are close by, you feel as though you are in a special oasis from the moment you arrive.

For the surfers out there, beaches like Yallingup and Smiths are only a 15 - 20 minute drive away. If you'd rather stay on the calmer side you can drive to the closest beach being Quindalup in 5 minutes, this is also a perfect place to catch the sunrise if you are up early enough or bring a rug and watch the sunset.

For those after more indulgent times wineries are located only 15 minutes away and restaurants for dinner can be found within a 10 minute drive.

Other things to note: We do require noise levels to be kept to a respectful level and ask you to take it indoors after 10pm. There is a 7 night minimum in Summer school holidays, 4 night minimum over Easter, 3 night long weekend minimum and 2 night stay required during all other times of the year. On all bookings there is a $250 cleaning surcharge and $66.00 booking fee along with a refundable bond of $1000 providing the house has been left in the correct condition.
