If you feel like hanging around home you can relax in the outdoor hot tub with a glass of wine.

''Hampton House '' is a welcoming beachfront holiday home that is ideal for couples, families or groups of up to 8 people.

The large white beach house is located just streets back form the waters edge in Old Dunsborough. This sheltered beach, part of Geographe Bay, has extensive shallow waters, rock pools and a netted swimming area, perfect for an all year round holiday stay where you can relax and unwind.

This house is stylishly furnished and fully equipped with contemporary new appliances to ensure a stress-free stay.

The house is in an idyllic location and when you are ready for entertainment and food, it is an easy walk or short drive into town where there are numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops. There is a boat ramp, jetty and playground/park a short stroll along the pathway from the house or you can walk on to the National Park to join extensive walking tracks to Meelup Beach and Bunker Bay.

As you will be on the doorstep of the Margaret River Wine Region and all that the South West of WA offers, you can take a drive and enjoy the local wineries, breweries, world class restaurants, fine arts and furniture galleries.

The light bright kitchen is well appointed with plenty of bench space for the “foodies” in your family. It has a gas cook top, dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer, double sink, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large pantry, plenty of utensils, crockery and glassware.

Master Bedroom has a queen bed which opens into a walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite. The bath overlooks the ocean and picturesque bay with amazing skies at sunrise and sunset.

Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 are downstairs with queen size beds and shared access to the second bathroom.

Bedroom 5 has a single bunk bed that is set up for children.

The bathroom downstairs has a bath, shower and separate toilet.

This property sleeps a maximum of eight guests.

Cancellation Policy

All properties require a 25% deposit of the booking price at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited. As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 - $2500.00 is payable on all Holiday Properties This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean/ property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as your arrival. This requires that the barbeque is to be clean dishwasher clean and unpacked any fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be positioned as arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. A non-refundable booking fee of $66.00 applies to every booking. Please be aware that we have a minimum two night stay on all normal weekends and mid-week stays three nights on all long weekends four nights at Easter and seven nights over the Christmas/New Year break.
