This is the perfect holiday home to enjoy lazy summer days or cosy winter nights: inviting all who stay to stop, listen and breathe.

Open the house up to enjoy the summer breeze, or bunker down with the fire blazing in the colder months. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the ocean as it lulls you to sleep, you will be so relaxed here.

The kitchen has everything you will need to cook up a storm, the marbled bench tops adding to the allure of the place. The kitchen area opens up in to the lounge room that has a couch and the TV. Next we have the two bedrooms and the toilet. The master bedroom has a queen bed in it whilst the second bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds, perfect for the kids to enjoy.

Bedding configuration: 1 x Queen bed 2 x Single bunk beds.

1 x Bathroom.

Please note that this property does not have wifi connection. Minimum stay requirements are as follows: Christmas/New Year - 7 nights. Easter long weekend - 4 nights. Long weekends - 3 nights. Midweek and weekends - 2 nights.

Other costs as follows:

Cleaning surcharge of $250.00 applies to all 2 night bookings. Non refundable booking fee of $66.00. Refundable bond of $500.00.

Cot and hire chair hire available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Full payment including refundable bond of $1 000 is required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks then full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited.

As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $500.00 is payable on all holiday properties.

This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean / property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as you found the property on your arrival. This requires that the barbecue is to be clean dishwasher loaded and cycle commenced (cleaners will empty). Fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be returned to original positioned as arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. Please be aware that for all a cleaning surcharge of $250 will apply. A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. This amount is non refundable.

Directions:

Peppermint grove is a small peaceful community nestled among the forests, wetlands and of course the pristine beaches.

It is located 2 hours south of Perth and just a short ten minute drive to Capel’s town center where you will be able to find everything you need. It is in between Bunbury and Busselton and only a short drive to the Margret River region.
