•4 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 singles as does bedroom 4. The singles in both these rooms can be pushed together to make a king sized bed if requested.

•The open living area has a large dining space and kitchen, with a middle island for guests to eat at or keep the chef company.

Minimum stay requirements are as follows: 2 nights minimum over all dates excluding long weekends which have a 3 day minimum, Easter has a 4 night minimum, and Christmas to the end of January requires a 7 night minimum booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Full payment including refundable bond of $1 000 is required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking. If the booking is made within 10 weeks then full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited. As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 - $1500.00 is payable on all holiday properties. This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean / property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as you found the property on your arrival. This requires that the barbecue is to be clean dishwasher loaded and cycle commenced (cleaners will empty). Fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be returned to original position as on your arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. Please be aware that for all stays a cleaning surcharge of $260 will apply. A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. Please be aware that a 7 night minimum stay is required during the Christmas/New Year break. 4 Night minimum stay over the Easter period and 3 nights stay over all Long Weekends.
