The house, suiting couples and families, centres around the spectacular ocean views from the upstairs floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors fronting the open plan living and dining areas and kitchen. Enjoy the morning sun with your coffee while lounging on the deep covered balcony before having lunch overlooking the native trees and clear waters of the bay beyond. The spacious master bedroom with WIR and ensuite bathroom share the views, whilst a powder room offers convenience for guests.

The home chef is catered for with a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the rear balcony for barbecuing, making dining and entertaining a relaxing delight. Reverse cycle air-conditioning provides year-round comfort in the upstairs living area whilst in winter you can curl up in front of the log fire with the ocean views beyond. Free wifi provides access to entertainment and the world beyond.

Downstairs offers a second living area and TV room for family harmony and socialising as well as three more bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower, second powder room, and laundry. Climate control is provided with fans and heaters. Sliding doors open onto the back garden which is fully enclosed with gates providing a dog friendly area where you can safely store your bikes and canoes. An outdoor shower, allows you to wash away the salt and the sand on your return home from the bay.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Full payment including refundable bond of $1 000 is required 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks then full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited.

As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 is payable on all holiday properties.

This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean / property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as you found the property on your arrival. This requires that the barbecue is to be clean dishwasher loaded and cycle commenced (cleaners will empty). Fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be returned to original positioned as arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. Please be aware that for stays of two nights or less a cleaning surcharge of $250 will apply. A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. This amount is non refundable.

Please be aware that a 7 night minimum stay is required during the Christmas/New Year break. 4 Night minimum stay over the Easter period and 3 nights stay over Long Weekends.
