Swooping Magpie

Swooping Magpie is a Boutique Vineyard & Premium Wine producer at Yallingup in the Margaret River Wine Region of Western Australia. Our Vineyard Cellar-door and Garden Café is situated on a plateau on the Naturaliste Ridge. The Vineyard was established in 1997. The “Mediterranean - maritime” style climate features Indian Ocean breezes that flow up from the valleys and cool the vineyard in the evening during the long warm growing season. Mostly we experience warm, dry summers with cool wet winters-ideal for Premium grape growing. We run the farm with sustainable agricultural practices, and use minimal water resources as the vines have been dry-grown for the past 5 years. All harvesting & pruning is by traditional hand methods, and we use organic fertilizers. You are very welcome to visit the cellar door and cafe, currently trading hours are... Cellar-Door and Cafe open Mon - Fri 10am to 4pm, Sat & Sun 10am to 5pm.
