Located on 5 acres, WrenWood allows you to soak in the peace & quiet that the Southwest has to offer whilst still being only 10-15mins away from Dunsborough & Yallingup towns, favorite beaches, tourist attractions, & popular restaurants & wineries throughout the area.

You will walk in to find the house has high ceilings and abundant space for both relaxing or entertaining. The central area has a kitchen that opens up into the living space where there is table, pool table and lounge space with a TV. This all overlooks the pool and bushy surrounds, that will keep you appreciating your holiday destination from the moment you wake up.

If one TV just won't do, there is a media room decked out with another. This way there can be separation between the spaces if you so desire. Or two televisions on at once, keeping everyone happy.

The master bedroom is also north facing, overlooking the pool, with a luxury ensuite attached. Bedroom two and three have queen beds and bedroom four has three singles. All bedrooms have built in robes, lush carpets and ceiling fans. The shared bathroom has a bonus bathtub that’s big enough for two, perfect to relax in and unwind from the day’s activities.

The outdoor activities on offer are table tennis, fully fenced swimming pool and an enormous outdoor entertaining space with an undercover alfresco. The outdoor space has been decked out with ample furniture including a new barbecue, perfect for those balmy summer nights when you don't want to come inside.

With attention to detail, WrenWood has been set up with guests in mind. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning ducts throughout to ensure you are comfortable no matter the weather outside. Wi- fi has been installed and is available for all. There’s hairdryers provided, an iron and both a cot and high chair, for those traveling with young ones.

One of the best things about WrenWood is although you feel like you are away from the crowds, you are in fact only a 10 minute drive from town, 12 minutes to both Smiths and Yallingup Beach (perfect for those of you who surf), and only 9 minutes away from the closest restaurant.

The beautiful trees and “Brushwood Brook” create a wonderful ambience for your stay at WrenWood. Snuggled in nature, you can even expect a visit from some native fury friends when the sun starts to go down and bird song outside when you awake.
